This marzipan is incredibly easy to make. I usually call it marzipan in 1,2,3 and it is actually that easy to make. Then it tastes just as good as the original! Ingredients 250 g almond flour 4 tbsp vanilla protein powder 4-5 tbsp icing sugar 2 tbsp fiber syrup/agave syrup 2-3 egg whites ½ - 1 tsp almond or rum flavoring to taste. Method Place almond flour, protein, sugar, syrup, egg whites and flavoring in a bowl. Mix everything together. Add hot water in small portions. Knead the mass until you get a firm and fine mass. Add more dry or wet as needed. Wrap the marzipan in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator. This is perfect for eating raw or baking in the oven. You can also color it with food coloring and shape it into shapes. This recipe makes about 600g of finished marzipan.
